Basic policy

Doing fair information disclosure to all the investors is the fundamental policy of our company. Therefore, we do not disclose the information, unless it is disclosed to the general investors with an applicable method. The details regarding the information disclosure are as follows.

How information disclosure

1.Information regarding the settlement

(1) We adopt 4 semiannual settlements and announce the settlement note and disclose stockholder communication, business report, sales report (attached to the notice of general meeting of stockholders) to the stockholders.

(2) We distribute the settlement note to each media in the press club inside the Tokyo Stock Exchange after submission to the Japanese security business organization.
(3) The settlement note is registered to Tdnet after submission to the Japanese security business organization, so every shareholder can find it on the Internet from 12 hours disclosure.

(4) We publish it in the homepage of our company from 12 hours after disclosure.
(5) We carry "Financial Data Book" as auxiliary data about settlement of accounts.

2．Information regarding
important facts

(1) We disclose the information regarding the important fact on our business such as issue of the stocks, modification of achievement, damage that originates form the disaster, organization modification, and personnel change etc. at the right time.
(2) We distribute the information regarding important facts to each media in the press club inside the Tokyo Stock Exchange after submission to the Japanese security business organization.
(3) The information regarding important facts is registered to Tdnet after submission to the Japanese security business organization, so every shareholder can find it on the Internet from 12 hours disclosure.

3．Press release such as products

(1) We are doing the press release to the information media at any time about the new products and business results.
(2) We publish the contents of the press release in the homepage of our company at any time.
(3) We publish the outline in stockholder communication and also business report and report to the stockholders.
